The Corn Exchange Wednesday market cafe is back! Nik Dimond of All Counties Catering has got the cafe off to a flying start with scrumptious breakfast options – bacon roll, full English, sausage – and a smashing range of options for dining through the day, including sandwiches, baked potatoes and tea cakes. And he makes fabulous coffee of every sort.
Everyone is thrilled to see him doing a bustling trade, with stallholders tucking in as eagerly as visitors to the market. It makes such a cheerful difference to have all of the Corn Exchange busy.
