🌳 Happy National Tree Week! 🌳
To celebrate, we're sharing some photos of the beautiful trees found around Hungerford — from the town itself to the stunning Hungerford Common and Freeman's Marsh. These trees are an important part of our landscape, providing habitat, colour, character, and calm to our everyday surroundings.
National Tree Week is the perfect reminder of how vital trees are to our environment and why protecting and planting them matters more than ever. 💚🌿
Feel free to share your favourite local trees in the c#NationalTreeWeeka#hungerfordH#treeloversT#manorslandM#naturephotographyh#lovenatureL#wildlifehabitati#GreenSpacesr#conservationmattersi#uknature #UKNature

I don’t know if it has a name but this one just off of the common is one of my favourites
And this one. Being one of the last to hold onto its leaves
The Town Hall is looking fabulous this morning - despite the rainfall.
Thank you to Hungerford Town Council for a fabulous light switch on yesterday evening ✨

Another season comes to a close as the cows of Hungerford Common make their short journey home for the winter. 🐄🍂
A huge thank you to everyone who helped keep them safe this year — from the common picnickers to the walkers, and especially to the drivers who slowed down and stayed mindful.
We’re grateful to say we had no vehicle accidents this year, and that’s truly down to a community that cares. 💛
Until next year, lovely moo’s… rest well and we’ll see you back on the Common when the grass is greener and the weather is warmer again. 🌿✨
Some of you may have noticed that most of the cows left at the end of October. These remained due to transportation issues. Thank you all for your patience.
