The cows have officially, nearly, left Hungerford Common for the winter (a few remain until next week)… but let’s just say they’ve left plenty of evidence of their presence🐮💩
We’ll miss seeing them roam — but maybe not dodging their “souvenirs”! 🌱😅

Tomorrow we will be saying goodbye to these wonderful animals as they head back to the farm for winter.

Had some hilarious encounters with a couple of them trying to lick my car as though it was another cow! One of the best things of countryside living..you just can't hurry them up..we should take a leaf out of their book! (Apologies to those affected by my lateness to work on occasion!)
This is in April, the cows have just arrived on the common.
Thank you - it’s been wonderful seeing my little girl enjoying the cows this summer - reminds me of when I used to stand here patting them myself at her age ❤️
Millie and I will miss them to on our walks! Xxx
